This privacy policy outlines how json-indent.com collects and uses information from users of our free online JSON tools (Formatter, Validator, Minifier, Diff).
All JSON processing — formatting, validating, minifying, and diffing — happens entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Your JSON data is never transmitted to our servers. We do not store, log, or have access to any JSON you paste into our tools.
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymous usage data such as page views, country of origin, and device type. This data helps us understand how the site is used and improve it. Google may use this data to personalize ads in its own advertising network. You can opt out via Google Analytics Opt-out.
This site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. The Need a break? page offers videos hosted on YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube when you open that page: the preview images are served from json-indent.com. Only when you click a video does your browser load the player from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com). From that point YouTube, a Google service, receives your IP address and may store information on your device once you play the video, under Google's Privacy Policy. No other page on this site embeds YouTube content.
